Heart Salad Ingredients
- 0.5 kg of chicken hearts
- 1 bulb
- 3 carrots

Preparation
- Pour water into the pan, salt it well and add bay leaf and pepper with peas. When the water gets hot, add chicken hearts. Cook them till they're ready. Ready hearts cool, and then cut into circles.
- Wash the carrots, peel them and soak them in Korean carrot grater. Onions are also cleaned and cut with thin half rings.
- Put garlic through the press. On a hot pan with vegetable oil pour any seasoning for carrots in Korean. Roast the oil with seasoning for about 2 minutes, stirring periodically. In hot-oil Spices brighter reveal their taste and aroma.
