Waited for a parcel from China. Looking forward to many hours of bickering and disgruntled grannies, went up to the post near the house. And I was pleasantly surprised when it is not found there are no queues. In the hall was a relaxed atmosphere, no one pushed and swore. All stuck to their queue number tickets and obediently waited, when them will invite to the window. The staff worked quickly and smoothly, smiled and were very friendly. As a result, all in all I spent no more than 10 minutes.
