Custard pancakes on kefir.


Ingredients:
2 tbsp. yogurt (better not take bold)
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 h. L. soda
2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt, sugar to taste
 
Yogurt, eggs, flour, salt, sugar, stir lightly whisk.

In a glass of boiling water to throw 1/2 hour. L. soda, quickly stir and pour in the batter, mix, let stand 5 minutes.

Add 2-3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, stir and fry the pancakes.

Thin and very holey pancakes out.

Be sure the oven on a very hot skillet, then the holes will be much greater.
