"Ratatouille."


Ingredients:
 - Zucchini (young) - 1 pc
 - Eggplant - 2 pcs
 - Tomato - 3 pcs
 - Tomato sauce - 1 Patsch.
 - Onions - 0, 5 pcs
 - Garlic - 3 tooth.
 - Spices
 - Salt
 
All my vegetables. Cut eggplant rings. Salt, to let the bitter eggplant juice. Zucchini and tomatoes also cut into rings, salt.
