Anti-aging exercises for eyes: get rid of puffiness and wrinkles!
Exercises of this complex strengthen eye muscles, reduce eye puffiness, tone the skin and prevent the formation of wrinkles around the eyes. Starting position — sitting on a chair in a comfortable position.
Exercise 1
Tightly close eyes, stay in this position for a count mentally to three. Then widely open eyes, mentally counted to three.
Repeat the exercise 5 times.
Exercise 2
Tightly close and wide open eyes, pederiva outer parts of the circular muscle of the eye index and middle fingers.
Repeat the exercise for 10 seconds.
Exercise 3
Pull the lower eyelid to the top, looking forward to stay in this position for 2 seconds. Then relax the eyelid, lowering it.

Repeat the exercise 4-5 times.
