Onion soup: DETOX recipe
Onion – a natural antioxidant, heals the body, increases body tone, and soup it cleanses the body from harmful substances, gives vivacity and good mood.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut into strips half a head of cabbage and celery, pour in a saucepan with water, add salt and put to boil for 5-10 minutes.
2. Finely chop 5-6 onions, 2-3 peppers – diced, simmer on a dry pan for a few minutes, add 2 medium chopped, peeled, tomatoes, tormented for 5 more minutes.
3. Steamed vegetables put in a saucepan, add the spices, cook for another few minutes, sprinkle with chopped herbs and served to the table.
