Czech potato soup with croutons

Surprisingly, this Czech soup is prepared simply and quickly, and it turns out very tasty. This is the dish that is cooked in double the volume, because you will definitely ask for seconds.
Czech potato soup is hearty and delicious on its own, but especially good with croutons, all of which can easily and quickly prepare and serve along with the soup.
Traditionally, these soups are prepared with the addition of a few cloves finely chopped and roasted garlic, but we all know, than it can be replaced without losing the taste.
For the soup:
Pour into a saucepan the water and put on fire. At the time, until the water begins to boil, wash and peel potatoes, cut it into cubes. Put potatoes in boiling water. Cover, cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Cut into small cubes cucumbers.In a pan melt butter and add spices, stir for a few seconds and put the oil with spices in a saucepan to the potatoes. There also add chopped cucumbers.
Let everything boil for another 2-3 minutes. To the cream add the flour and mix well, then pour mixture into soup, bring to a boil.Finely chop the dill and add it to the soup along with the salt, given that it already has pickles. Again bring to a boil, turn off heat and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes under cover.
Tasty Czech potato soup is ready, but you can cook him spicy croutons. Heat the pan with oil, add the bread cubes and fry them to a crisp.
Then add to grancem spices and salt. Stir and after a few seconds ready croutons spread on a plate.You can now serve crispy croutons to Czech potato soup.
