Delicious ginger cupcake

Delightful gingerbread pastries flavored oatmeal cake with orange, plum and ginger!



Ingredients:

 
  • 1 tbsp. oat flakes, whole - 1 St:
  • milled oat flakes - 1-1,5 St;
  • yogurt - 1 tbsp;
  • egg - 1 PC;
  • honey, Jerusalem artichoke syrup or other syrup - 2 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp
  • soda — 1.5 tsp.
  • a pinch of salt
  • vanilla
  • cinnamon
  • fresh ginger (grate on a fine grater, approx. 2 tbsp),
  • prunes - 100g
  • raisins — 100g
  • zest of 1 orange+ 2-3-tbsp of orange juice.




 

Preparation:

1. Whole flakes pour the yogurt for an hour to swell;

2. To swollen flakes add the egg, mix well, then honey, stir;

3. Add soda, salt, spices, rust.oil;

4. Ginger RUB on a small grater, add to the dough along with the zest, juice and raisins;

5. Crushed cereal to add gradually, stirring constantly batter. They may need a Cup or a little more. See for yourself the consistency test, it should be quite thick;

6. Bake in cake pan at 180C for about an hour, readiness check toothpick. Bon appetit! Cooking with
