And just the ability to "see", to feel, to appreciate and respect the hours, minutes and even seconds – is that today features a truly happy, successful and fulfilled people from the rest.

But despite this, many still continue to treat time as if going to live forever. They endlessly postpone the realization of their goals, waiting for more suitable conditions. The main part of the working day to spend on the urgent rather than the important. These people are anything but what they really want, leaving very little space that asks for their soul. Step 1. Make sure that you won't be disturbed in the next 30-60 minutes. Take a pen and a beautiful notebook. Sit back and relax completely. Now imagine and describe in detail what you would like to see their lives on this day 5 years in the following five areas:

  • Body
How do you look? What kind of physical shape you are? How do you feel? How much time do you dedicate to sports and sleep? Describe anything concerning your health, energy level and appearance. The body is your loyal companion until the last day of life, it is the vessel of your soul, as well as a source of energy for future achievements. So we start it with him.

  • Personality
What kind of person you want to become? What I would like to acquire skills and abilities? What you want to study and learn? Describe anything concerning your personal and spiritual development, as well as taking care of your "I".

  • Work
This field is a labor of love, search destination, business, career or studies, if you are a student or planning to continue their education. See what you do in 5 years, and what has been achieved in their work during this time.

  • Environment
These are the people with whom you regularly communicate. Everything about your personal life, family, children and friends.

  • Lifestyle
In the fifth area is your space, Hobbies, leisure, travel and experience. Where would you like to live in five years? May be in another city or country? Your house or apartment? How and with whom to spend your leisure time? As a frequent traveler and already managed to see during this time?

Step 2. Everything you have just introduced, write it in the form of goals. It is very important how you will explain them, so do it based on several requirements.

The goal should be:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Positive
  • At the present time
  • Only apply to you
"I want to lose 10 kg" is wrong, because here you commit attention to their shortcomings.

Correct: "I Have a beautiful slim, toned body."

"I'm married to Bob" — wrong. Bob can be absolutely other plans, and he has every right to be. Remember that the goal should only concern you, that is, its implementation must be in the zone of your control and not depend on other people. Moreover, who knows, maybe the universe has prepared for you something much more suitable than Bob...

A very important point! Imagining your ideal life and write down a goal, listen to your feelings. If you experience mild excitement, joy and warmth in the body, so everything is in order. And if not, then look closely on this goal again. Do you want it? Or the goal is not yours and it just made want?

Step 5. Now, based on this plan, you can easily set yourself smaller tasks for each week. And the weekly plan is the plan for the day. The method of "step by step" allows without strain to achieve any goals and to translate into reality the wildest dreams. "Write a bestseller" — sounds pretty ambitious, and even a little scary, especially for the person who has not yet written any books. But the cake can be eaten immediately, but in pieces: write one Chapter a week, half a page a day, or even one paragraph. Not so difficult, right?
