Such lush cakes often spoiled by my grandmother who baked cookies every week. How difficult was it to wait until they are at least a little cool... Now I make these cakes for their relatives, so that they are very happy!

Pellet yogurt with machinalement for the test

• 500 ml of yogurt of any fat content
• 1 tsp. soda
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 500-550 g flour
• 50 g butter
• salt to taste

Ingredients for toppings (optional)

• sausage or ham with cheese
• braised mushrooms
• braised cabbage
• mashed potatoes
• cottage cheese with herbs

Cooking

1. Yogurt mixed with soda (not extinguish). Add the egg and vegetable oil.
