Vegetarian rice cauliflower and broccoli in Thai

Rice cauliflower and broccoli in Thai

  • ½ Head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ Head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon Thai mixed spices
Roasted vegetables:

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper flakes
  • Kale
  • red cabbage
  • mange tout (peas)
  • pepper
  • (Or any other vegetables that can be easily fried)
For serving:

  • Lime and cilantro




Preparation:

1. Chop cauliflower and broccoli in food processor: lightly blend the vegetables, but be careful not to turn them into a homogeneous and too soft mass.

2. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger and chili pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding the vegetables. Add the vegetables. Fry until then, until they slightly soften. Then remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Add more oil to the pan if necessary, put back the rice of broccoli and cauliflower with Thai spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir all the time.

4. Serve with chopped cilantro and slices of fresh lime. Enjoy!
