2. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, ginger and chili pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes before adding the vegetables. Add the vegetables. Fry until then, until they slightly soften. Then remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Add more oil to the pan if necessary, put back the rice of broccoli and cauliflower with Thai spices. Cook for 3-4 minutes and stir all the time.
