Potatoes baked in Italian: simple and delicious!
Italian food is loved by many for the simplicity of the ingredients and of course taste!.. Today we offer to cook a simple country recipe — potatoes with cheese and tomatoes.Very simple, quick and tasty — what you need for busy people.
Potatoes stuffed with Italian
HOW TO COOK?
Boil potatoes in salted water with caraway seeds and Bay leaf.
Cheese and tomatoes cut into large cubes.
Zucchini cut into thin longitudinal slices. Pour over boiling water, then cold water.
Mix cheese with tomatoes, zucchini, oregano, pepper and 2 tbsp olive oil.
The top third of each potato to clean and remove from the tubers of the flesh.
Stuff the cheese filling and put in the form greased with olive oil.
Bake 10 minutes at 200C. Serve hot!

- cumin — 1 tsp
- Bay leaf — 1 PC.
- soft cheese — 150g
- tomatoes (sundried) — 100g
- zucchini — 200g
- oregano — 1 tbsp
- olive oil — 3 tbsp
