How to cook organic rice milk
There are many recipes of this great drink, the differences are mainly in the additives, although the principle of the preparation also varies. I offer you the most useful from the point of view of health, prescription. In fact, milk is the name of this drink only because of its white color.

Pharmaceutical no synthesized vitamins do not replace one set of minerals, amino acids and vitamins that are present in rice milk, as in this recipe it is not subjected to heat treatment. So the saying from Soviet times – "drink children milk - will be healthy" entirely just and rice milk.

Cooking time – 15 min(+ insistence 8.5 hours ).
Ingredients:
Spread kernels on a towel or cloth to dry and chop into fine crumbs.
With the help of a blender, mill or coffee grinder to grind rice into flour.
Cardamone boxes press the flat side of a knife blade.
Combine in a jar cardamom, almonds, rice flour and salt, pour in 4 cups of water, stir, cover and leave for 8 hours.
After 8 hours the mass is poured into a blender, add the sugar and whisk, gradually adding the remaining prescription water.
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. The resulting substrate is filtered through several layers of cheesecloth and put in the refrigerator for at least 15 min or better for half an hour.
