You never tasted such chicken! Reminiscent of a delicate spicy fish...

Chicken fillet with Parmesan cheese with the aroma of herbs is definitely one of the most exquisite dishes. Forget about the long stand at the stove and suspense! Our recipe does not require too much of your time: all cooking takes less than 40 minutes.

Chicken fillet baked with suratebi'll need a sauté pan (any deep pan) and the following ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 PCs chicken fillet
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, pre-diced
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 450 g of pasta (preferably Penne, tube-feathers)
  • 2, 5 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 40 g chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 0, 5 tbsp. washed Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (traditional composition: oregano, Basil, garlic, onion, savory and lemongrass)
  • 4 tbsp. chopped spinach


Cooking
  1. On a pre-warmed olive oil with the skillet lay out the pieces of fillets. Season with pepper and salt, leave on medium heat until Golden crust (3-4 minutes per side). Then, put your chicken on a plate.


  2. Then send in a saucepan the chopped onion and crushed garlic for 3 minutes.


  3. Then add the pasta quills and chopped tomatoes, pour all chicken broth and season with spices. Put the cover on the saucepan and leave the dish to simmer on low heat, stirring all the content (15 minutes). If prepared with the addition of Italian herbs and spinach, it's time to add them to the pasta and other ingredients.




  4. Open the lid and put on top of macaroni and chicken, sprinkled with two kinds of grated cheese. Leave the dish under the lid for another 10-15 minutes. Once cheese is melted, you can turn off the fire. Ready!
