For adding an original flavor notes to the mix the breadcrumbs with the sesame seeds, paprika, dried herbs. For frying schnitzels you will need vegetable oil.
The main secret of cooking this dish is a correct slicing of the cabbage, first cut the head in half (on the cobs), and each half is again cut in half (on the cobs). Each quarter is again cut. In the end, you should get thin cabbage slices, each of which has a portion of the stem.
Prepare the batter. Mix the flour with the fine salt, brew with boiling water. Each cabbage billet dip in batter, roll in breadcrumbs, fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
