Salad with Cheddar cheese.

 - 100 g cheddar cheese
 - 100 g pickled mushrooms
 - 1/2 jar of olives
 - 2 - 3 leaves of Chinese cabbage
 - 1 cucumber
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
 - Pine nuts or almonds
Small mushrooms leave intact, large - cut. Whole black olives, pitted - drained.
Cheese, cabbage and cucumber cut into cubes.
Mix lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil and season the salad, mix.
Sprinkle with pine nuts or almonds (with pine nuts taste better).
