Perfect potato salad

Need:
3 large potatoes in the skins
1 Bank of canned pink salmon in its own juice
1/4 of a small onion
a few feathers of green onions
the leaves of any green salad (we got the corn salad)
1-2 hard boiled eggs
freshly ground black pepper – to taste

Filling:
juice of 1/4 lemon
2-3 tbsp olive oil
salt – to taste

How to cook:
1. Bake the potatoes in their skins in the oven and chop the peel, medium cubes.
2. Pink salmon cut it into large pieces.
3. Onion cut into half rings, chop the green onions finely. Salad wash, dry, inflamed hands.
4. Mix all ingredients for the salad.





5. For the filling beat with a fork the lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
6. Season the salad and mix gently. Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
7. Add the chopped egg.

 

Baked potatoes



Hot Golden slices new potatoes mixed with herbs and Parmesan cheese, creating an incredible harmony of flavors and aromas. A versatile dish that can be as a full-fledged independent dinner and is the perfect side dish to meat, fish and even vegetable salad. The hit of the season!

Need:
1 kg new potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper – to taste
a small bunch of parsley
150 g grated cheese (we recommend to use the hard varieties, e.g., Parmesan)

How to cook:
1. The oven is heated to 220°C.
2. Potatoes thoroughly wash, dry and cut into large slices.
3. Mix crushed into a paste the garlic and olive oil.
4. Mix the potatoes with the butter-garlic mixture, add salt, pepper and a good shake.
5. Move to a greased form or on the laid parchment baking sheet.
6. Bake until tender (35-45 minutes).





While baking, stir a few times so it doesn't stick.
7. Add to hot potatoes, chopped parsley and cheese. Immediately serve.

 

Hash Browns with cheese and red fish





 

Crispy Golden hash Browns made from potatoes and cheese in company with a delicious sour cream sauce make this dish a favorite of your table. For a full experience we recommend you to submit pancakes with salted red fish.

Need:

Sauce:
250 ml sour cream (20%)
a few sprigs of dill
a pinch of salt

Pancakes:
3 potatoes medium size
1 small onion
1-2 tbsp potato starch
salt, pepper – to taste
50 g grated cheese (preferably Gouda, cheddar)
1 egg
vegetable oil – for frying

light-salted red fish – to supply

How to cook:
1. For the sauce mix the sour cream with finely chopped dill, salt, put into the refrigerator.





2. Grate peeled potatoes and onions on a coarse grater. If there are a lot of excess fluid to drain over the edge, but do not wring!
3. Add starch, salt, pepper, cheese and egg.



Stir until smooth.
4. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown. Dry on a paper towel to get rid of excess fat.
5. Serve with chilled sour cream sauce and red fish. A quick soup with garlic croutons



A creamy delicate soup with a light aroma of mustard, green onions and rich cheese flavor will be ready in just 20 minutes. Savory French toast with garlic will give the soup a special incomparable taste.

Need:
3-4 small potatoes
1 medium onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
2-2,5 cups of water (can use chicken broth)
a few feathers of green onions (you can omit)
100-150 g grated cheese (Gouda, cheddar or any cream cheese)
salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste

Croutons:
100 g white bread (ciabatta, baguette) – for toast
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove of garlic

How to cook:
1. In a thick-walled saucepan, sauté chopped onion in 1 tbsp olive oil until Golden brown, about 5 minutes.
2. Add chopped small cubes of potatoes and mustard seeds and fry a few minutes, until a pleasant aroma.
3. Cover with water and bring to boil. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked potatoes.
4. Remove from heat, add salt, pepper and finely chopped green onions, if used.





5. Blend it using the blender.
6. In hot soup add grated cheese and mix thoroughly.
7. For the croutons, mix the chopped small cubes of bread, salt, olive oil and crushed into a paste the garlic. Fry in a pan until Golden brown.
