The most convenient days for this diet are considered to be Tuesday, Thursday. Then on Friday and on the weekends you can eat as usual, this is a huge advantage, because you are allowed to eat and a little sweet. In regular diet does not.
Perhaps the appearance of drowsiness and weakness, reinforced in the evening. Move all sports to another day, don't overload yourself with chores, and go to bed early, so as not to disrupt the day low calorie.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – food as usual.
Tuesday
Breakfast – scrambled eggs – 1pcs, broccoli and French beans
Lunch – vegetable salad, whole grain bread – 1 slice
Dinner – grilled fish or steamed, and poached, steamed broccoli
Thursday
Breakfast – low fat cottage cheese and fruit
Lunch – seafood in the form of salad, bread – 1 whole grain slice
Dinner – Boiled chicken and steamed veggies (no butter)
In the days of > replace the green onion, add food peas Brussels sprouts and spinach. Veal rabbit Turkey replace chicken meat, they can be used interchangeably.
Bananas is not the best. If the feeling of hunger does not leave you, then take any other fruit, cut it into small pieces and during the day eat. On ordinary days, do not overeat. If you follow all the set conditions, then soon the results will be there, and you will be satisfied, because the figure will be more noticeable and more beautiful.
