How to effectively clean your hands after working in the estate

In the summer gardening season every woman there is a big problem:
tinkering with the earth spoil our hands and not everyone likes to work with gloves on.
Here's a simple tip:
take a solution of hydrogen peroxide 3 % (it is sold in any drugstore) about 100 g, add the ammonia 10 to 20 g, and then any detergent for washing dishes or a little powder.
Mix well and lower the hands into the solution.
All cracks that were dark, is light.
Then wash hands with soap and water and RUB any nourishing cream for hands. Take care of your hands!
