Potato casserole with beef and parmesan

Recipe for Beef and Parmesan Cardboard Baking

700g potatoes
500g beef
1 medium bulb
2 cloves of garlic
100g Parmesan (or any other hard cheese)
olive-oil
1 egg
70ml cream
salt and freshly ground pepper - to taste
How to cook:
1. Boil potatoes "in uniform" in salted water until ready.
2. From beef to mince, salt and pepper.
3. Onions and garlic are cut and roasted in a small amount of olive oil until a light, golden color. Add mince and cook it to a saturated ruddy color.
Do not forget to knead the mince with a spatula so that it is crumbly and homogeneous. The ground should not be dry, so do not overdry.
4. Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.
5. Boiled potatoes peel and slightly knead. Add 2/3 cheese, 3-4 tbsp olive oil and, gradually pouring hot cream, make mashed potatoes, salt and pepper. At the end, insert the egg and stir.
6. Oil the baking mold. Lay out half the mashed potatoes, then minced meat and mashed again.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese.
7. Burn in a heated to 180 ° C oven for about 15-20 minutes.
If there is no saturated golden crust yet, you can turn on the top grill for a minute or two.
