How to cook:

How to cook:

2. Pour boiling water over. Let stand under cover for about 15 min. Drain the water in a saucepan, add salt and sugar, bring to a boil, pour into the jar. Add vinegar and quickly roll up.

Tomatoes with vine socando:
1.5 kg medium-sized tomatoes
2 grape leaf
dill
3-4 cloves of garlic
3-4 peas of fragrant pepper
3-4 Bud cloves

Marinade:
(1 liter of water)
100 ml of grape juice
1 tbsp. salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 Dec.l. of vinegar

How to cook:

1. At the bottom of the sterilized jars to put the peeled garlic, pepper, cloves, dill and 1 grape leaf. Put the tomatoes and cover with grape leaf.

2. Pour contents of the jar with boiling water, let stand 10 minutes, drain the water.

3. Add grape juice, salt and sugar, bring to a boil, add the essence and immediately pour back into the jar.

4. Cover with lid, sterilized 20 min and roll.

Tomatoes "Hostess"Should Be:
medium-sized tomatoes (as many as will go to the banks)

Fill:
3 kg of large tomatoes
0,5 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 heads of garlic
1 hot pepper
150-200 g of sugar
4-5 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp of vinegar

How to cook:

1. To fill the tomatoes skip through Mincer, add butter, chopped garlic and pepper, sugar, salt, vinegar. Cook after boiling for 1 hour.

2. In sterilized jars lay the tomatoes, pour boiling fill, cover with lids, sterilized 40 min. Roll.

Dried cherry tomatoes with rosmarinovogo:
450 g cherry tomatoes
2 sprigs of rosemary
2-3 pea allspice
2 cloves of garlic
500 ml vegetable oil
dried thyme
salt

How to cook:
1. Cherry cut into halves, spread on a baking sheet, season with salt and thyme, drizzle with 100ml oil.

2. Bake for 1.5 hours at 100°C.

3. To cool, place in sterilized jar along with the rosemary, pepper and garlic.

4. Boil the remaining vegetable oil and pour it over cherry.

5. Close the lid. Cool. Store in the refrigerator.
