A whole set of exercises for posture should be performed an hour before meals or an hour after. They can be repeated 2-3 times a day. You need to start with 5-7 repetitions and one approach, then gradually increase the number of repetitions (up to 10-12) and approaches (up to 5).

1. "Airplane"The child puts his legs together and spreads his arms apart at shoulder height. Now, without bending your arms at your elbows, you can “fly”: tilt your torso and arms in different directions.

2. The Mill: One hand on the belt, the other goes up and describes the pace-accelerating circles, back and forth. Then you need to change hands.

3. "Truckman": put your legs on the width of the shoulders, take a stick in your hands - the child makes a wide swing back and tilt forward.

4. "Fish"The baby lies on the stomach, arms extended forward together, legs back together. You need to raise your arms and chest, then return to the starting position, raise your legs, return to the starting position, and then swing with your arms and legs raised on your stomach.

5. "Grimson."The child must carry a gymnastic stick with two buckets of water without spilling anything.

6. Swallow. This exercise is useful in order to strengthen the spine and train the vestibular apparatus. You need to put your legs together and put your hands down. Then pull the right leg back, hands spread to the side and stand for 30 seconds. Repeat the exercise with the left leg.

7. "Bike". A well-known exercise to strengthen the abdominal press and the formation of proper posture in children. The child lies on his back and spins his legs in the air, as if pedaling a bicycle. And then in breaks, you can expand and move your legs, repeating the movements of the blades of the scissors.
