alcohol and caffeinated beverages, artificial tonics (such as Coca-Cola).
Food should be as natural as possible: fresh vegetables, fruits by season, leafy greens; nuts, honey - in small quantities; foods rich in natural dietary fiber (for example, agar-agar, Isabgol); whole grain cereals. The transition to a vegetarian diet, or limited consumption of animal food (fish and seafood, poultry, milk, eggs) up to 1-3 times a week is welcome.
The breakdown of fat is possible only with an optimal digestive process. Weakened digestion is perfectly activated by various spices (paprika, various types of peppers, cumin, anise, nutmeg, clove, asafetida, etc.).
