Vegan cranberry-cherry crumble without flour

I love to cook crumble, as this dish is half an hour of work — consists of few ingredients and quite simple dish, though, and bears the proud name of the dessert.

Traditional crumble contains butter and flour, I also prepared without flour and includes healthy oatmeal, nuts and coconut oil.Cranberry gives an unusual acidity, and the cherry balances its richness. Only 30 minutes and on Your table a light and tasty dessert or, as they say in America, "guilt free"/ no-fault — eat and don't think that gained extra pounds.

We will need:

For the filling

1/2 Cup cherries (I used frozen)

1/2 Cup cranberries

3 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tbsp orange juice

1 tsp starch (I used tapioca starch)

For crumbs

5 tablespoons of oatmeal

3 tbsp. almonds

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp coconut oil + a little for the form

Preheat the oven to 165C/325F.
Combine the cherries and cranberries.
Fall asleep starch, sugar.
Pour the juice and stir.
Form grease with coconut oil and put the stuffing in there.
Grind oatmeal, nuts and sugar in a blender. I love it when little small, but you can leave it pieces.
Add the coconut oil.
Get ready baby.
Fill it on top of the filling.
Cover with foil and put in oven for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and give the crumbs to fry for another 10 minutes.
Ready!
