Vegan salad with green beans





 

Easy to prepare salad, juicy, tasty, fragrant and very useful. This salad is appropriate as a separate dish and as a side dish to any main meal. The unusual combination of simple ingredients will not leave anyone indifferent.

We need: (1 serving)

  • A handful of fresh green beans (I use hericot verts)
  • 5-6 small tomatoes like cherry
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp. red onion
  • 2 tbsp. pine nuts
  • Olive oil and salt to taste
Cut ends from beans and boil it for 5 minutes.

Finely chop the garlic, onion, divide into 2-3 pieces tomatoes, then all this mix in a bowl.

Fry for 2 minutes nuts (without oil) on medium heat. They should be lightly browned. Add to the tomatoes.

Drain water from beans and cooled it.

Cut the pods into two pieces and put in salad. Salt, add butter and serve.
