Cooking light fish-carrot cakes
Simple and delicious: burgers from such healthy ingredients as fish and carrots. It is ideal to serve with light vegetable salads or just raw vegetables.
Ingredients:
- Fish 500 g
- Carrot 1 PC.
- Cheese 50 g
- Onion 1 PC.
- Egg 1 PC.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp.
- Spices (dried Basil, garlic, coriander, fennel, cumin, black pepper)
Finely chop the fish — suitable hake, Pollack, etc. Add all the other ingredients, grated on a fine grater cheese, onions, carrots, plus sour cream, egg, spices and salt. The resulting mince mix thoroughly. Hands vilaite little patties and bake them in the oven or fry in a skillet.published
