Vegetable patties




Patties of vegetables is a great dish to diet for weight loss and for any other purposes, because they are not only low in calories but has many vitamins and other beneficial nutrients. Ingredients:

  • Rice (boiled) 100 g
  • Cabbage 300 g
  • Potatoes 150 g
  • Carrots 150 g
  • Onions 100 g
  • Flour 70 g
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp.
Preparation:

Pass all vegetables through a meat grinder. Add rice flour and salt to taste. Mix everything carefully. Vilaite patties and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. For the preparation of a dietary option, use the oven. Bon appetit!
