Pancakes, oatmeal, and blueberries
If you really want, you can: prescription diet, but very tasty dessert that won't hurt your waistline, but charge the body with proteins, wholesome carbohydrates and vitamins!
Ingredients:
Grind cereal in a blender, add the crumbled cheese, yogurt and eggs. Gently stir in to the dough berries and leave for 15 minutes. Fry pancakes on a preheated non-stick pan under a lid on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with yogurt sauce and honey.
Nutritional value: 110 calories per 100 grams.published
