Pancakes, oatmeal, and blueberries

Ingredients:

  • Cereal 1 Cup
  • Low-fat cottage cheese 100 g
  • Yogurt 100 ml
  • Eggs 2 PCs.
  • Blueberries 1 Cup
  • Low-fat yogurt 3/4 Cup
  • Honey 1 tsp.
Preparation:

Grind cereal in a blender, add the crumbled cheese, yogurt and eggs. Gently stir in to the dough berries and leave for 15 minutes. Fry pancakes on a preheated non-stick pan under a lid on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with yogurt sauce and honey.
