60g sweetcake
1 slice of butter
cinnamon
1 tbsp fine sugar

Cream with cinnamon
1 tbsp powdered sugar
150ml fatty cream
cinnamon

How to cook cherries with cinnamon sprinkle:

1. Put the cherries in a bowl.

2. Pour the sugar into a thick-bottomed pan, add water, vanilla, cloves and orange peel. Bring to a boil, stir, and pour this cherry syrup. Let me cool down.

3. For a sprinkle, crumble the muffin, sprinkle with melted butter and sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon with sugar. Stir, transfer to the bowl and put in the oven, heated to 190 ° C, for 5 minutes, so that the crumbs become crispy. Let me cool down.

2 limes
4 red oranges
1 red grapefruit
2 mandarins

1 big mango
half-pineapple
2 bananas
0.5 tsp ground chili pepper
1 tbsp conventional or vanilla sea salt

How to prepare fruit kebabs with spicy salt:

1. Cut the mango flesh in pieces of 2 cm, pineapple in small slices, banana in thick circles. Alternately, put the fruit on metal or soaked in water wooden swords.

2. Mix the chili with the salt.

1 vanilla pod (plus another one for decoration – optional)
2.5 tbsp fine sugar
175 ml of water
1 hot red chili pepper
4 mandarins
2 peaches
half-melon
200g blueberries

How to prepare a fruit salad with vanilla:

1. Chop the vanilla pod along the center with the tip of a small knife.

2. Mix in the pan sugar and water, heat on a low heat until the sugar dissolves.

3. Cut the chillies in half, remove the seeds and add the pepper to the pan.

4. Keep on low heat for 2 minutes, then take off the fire and let cool a little.

5. Peel the tangerines and cut them in circles. Remove the bones from the peaches, cut with slices. Clean the melon from the seeds and cut in cubes.

6. Mix the fruits and berries on a dish and pour a warm syrup, having previously removed the pepper and vanilla. Let the syrup cool completely, cover the salad and put in the fridge before serving. If you wish, decorate with a vanilla pod.

half-pineapple
1-lime peel
2 tsp fructose
lime slice - for feeding

How to make salad from melon and pineapple:

1. Peel the melon and pineapple, cut in cubes, put in a bowl or plastic container.

2. Mix lime peel and fructose, sprinkle the fruit and mix thoroughly. Fructose will dissolve in about an hour.

3. Decorate the salad with lime slices and serve.

TIP To prepare lime-ginger syrup for this salad, mix in a small pan with a thick bottom of 150 g of fine sugar, 150 ml of water, peel and juice of 1 lime and 1 cm of ginger root, peeled and severely cut. Bring to a boil, stirring the sugar to dissolve. Remove from the fire, cover and let cool. Pour this syrup salad 30 minutes before serving, so it has time to brew.
