Morning parfaits with yogurt and grapefruit

I can imagine that if you are on a diet or just stick to a healthy diet, your choice of Breakfast is very limited: cereal, granola, fruit, yogurt, protein omelets, herbal tea...

The bad news is that despite the "usefulness" of this diet are very quickly boring, boring. But there is good news – it's easy to fix! Combine seemingly incompatible products: yogurt, grapefruit and oatmeal, to add flavor due to the coconut flakes, sweetness with a few spoons of honey and you have a wonderful Breakfast dish with the minimum calories and maximum benefit!





 

INGREDIENTS /for 2 persons/

  • 1 grapefruit
  • half a Cup of whole rolled oats
  • one-third Cup of dry coconut flakes
  • 200 grams of plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  • Step 1. Fry on medium heat oat and coconut flakes. At the end add 2 tablespoons of honey and stir well.
  • Step 2. Separate the grapefruit into sections. Mix the yogurt with the remaining honey.
  • Step 3. Assemble the parfait. Start with a layer of yogurt, then a few slices of grapefruit and a layer of flakes. Repeat layers again. Serve immediately.published
