Which of the four fitness archetypes is yours?
Popular magazines often place on their pages a variety of tests to determine the type of character, figure and even preferences in food. We suggest picking up your archetype, which determines the choice of fitness classes, consider the weaknesses and strengths.
The right approach is already half the result. Don’t be afraid to admit to yourself the wrong reasons for starting sports. Regular training will help you to be proud of your achievements, despite your initial goals.

Type one: Most likely, you went to class, looking at active friends: they go, so I have to go. You have a very vague idea why you bought a ticket, even if the club is close to home. During training you are bored, friends shrug off conversations, the coach is tormented by excessive loads and others cause fear.
Council: Do not be in a hurry to quit the sport immediately after the first class. Try yourself in other directions, at group events, where it is not scary to show incompetence. Try to understand what prompted you to start training, consult with the coach. Try it and don’t stop and you’ll love it!
Type two: Once in a while you like to play sports, but you feel discomfort in the hall. It is for this reason that before class you strenuously come up with a reason to skip, find the most suitable justification and go home with a calm soul.
Council:Maybe the main problem is timidity and a large number of strangers or a change in the rhythm of life? Try to choose intervals when there are not so many visitors near you - you will immediately feel great freedom of action. Or sign up for one-on-one sessions with a coach, which will help you adapt to a new environment and get a new incentive.
Another option of motivation is to recalculate the missed training in cash. Believe me, this approach will get rid of the desire to skip all classes. And once classes become a habit, you yourself will not notice how eagerly you will be waiting for a new workout.
As a rule, young people are classified as this type, although this approach does not depend on age. You’re just bored doing it alone and you need extraneous attention. In addition, you need to brag about your achievements in the fight against laziness.
To be the center of attention, work hard enough. Do you think that's not enough? Get a new tracksuit and take part in all open events - festivals, holidays, competitions.
Council:A great option would be family sports and entertainment. This contributes to the formation of a good figure, and raising team spirit, and increasing self-esteem.
Type four: No matter how strange it may sound, rarely in a sports club there are people seeking to improve the condition of the body. Therefore, health complexes, including therapeutic exercises, are recent developments, because no one wants to advertise their problems.
Council:Before starting any training, consult your doctor in advance. Stress on the spine in the form of martial arts can adversely affect back problems, while yoga and dancing will be very useful. An individual exercise program, compiled by a coach, will help to achieve good results and increase the overall vitality.
Of course, it is rare to find an archetype in its pure form, but if you notice some “sins”, just use our tips and engage with pleasure!
P.S. And remember, just changing our consumption – together we change the world!
