Lazy pierogi of cottage cheese
Delicious, healthy and very easy to prepare dessert! Serve with low-fat sour cream and berries type of raspberries and blueberries. Lazy pierogi of cottage cheese
Ingredients:
Eggs 2 PCs.
The low fat cottage cheese 180 g
Semolina 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
All the ingredients mix and leave overnight in the fridge, and if there's not enough time, for 20-25 minutes in the freezer. Then sprinkle the table semolina and make the cooked mass of curd sausage. Razreze it into small parts and send them in boiling water. Cook 5 minutes after boiling. Ready!
