Japanese soup ramen: exotic, delicious and healthy!

Treat yourself to exotic, but delicious and healthy Japanese soup ramen.

Ingredients:

  • Beef broth 1 l
  • Ramen noodles
  • Meat
  • Egg 1 PC.
  • Spinach
  • Corn
  • Soy sauce 2 tsp.
  • Miso paste 2 tbsp
 

Preparation:

Prepare the soup, blanch the spinach, boil the meat and the egg, where the yolk is slightly undercooked.

In a saucepan, mix broth with soy sauce, bring to a boil, turn off the heat and stir in miso paste.

Boil pasta according to instructions, drain and place in deep plates. Fill it with hot broth, and then put the toppings: spinach, meat, corn and egg. Ready!
