Pear smoothie with spinach

Rolled oats 1/2 Cup (dry or pre-soak with water for 3-5 minutes)

banana, pear, handful of spinach, 1/2 Apple, a little water or milk, mix on high speed in blender.

Decorate the plate homemade granola, any seeds (my Chia), Goji berries and fresh Apple.
