Yogurt from green buckwheat with apples

Like any Russian person, I'm a big fan of buckwheat. Familiar taste, versatility (side dish, main dish, Breakfast or dinner), usefulness (you know that buckwheat is one of the few products that don't need to “feed” or to get rid of pests? It grows well under any conditions. Therefore, the number of pesticides and other chemicals it seeks or equal to zero) and high protein content.

For a long time, I watched the green (not roasted) buckwheat. Cooking I have not tried it, but soak overnight and in the morning to make the yogurt really got the hang of it. Insanely delicious, so the recipe below.



Ingredients for one serving:

– 80 gr of green buckwheat
– 1,5 — 2 apples (sour or sweet decide to taste), clean heart, not clean
– juice of 1 orange
– a bit of almond/oat milk or water
– 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup (optional)
– a little cinnamon (if desired)

Method of preparation:

Soak buckwheat overnight in water. In the morning rinse well, place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with fruit and enjoy a healthy Breakfast! published
