Salad of red beans, cherry tomatoes and sweet pepper

What you need:

1. Soak for 6-8 hours ½ Cup red beans.

3. Drain the beans with water and allow to cool and pour in a bowl .



Dice :
Sweet peppers (preferably different colors )- 2 pieces
Red onion — 1 piece

Cut in half:
Cherry tomatoes — 8-10 PCs

Add all the chopped vegetables in a bowl with the beans, season with salt and pepper ground black pepper (you can add 1 tsp sugar optional), add 1 tbsp of good wine (preferably) vinegar and season with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with parsley and Basil. published
