Cake flavored cauliflower

Despite its simplicity, this cake turns out very fragrant thanks to the spices and herbs. It will definitely decorate your family table and diversify the usual menu.


  Ingredients:
  • Color капуста450 g

Method of preparation:

Divide the cauliflower into small florets and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes to become soft. Drain cabbage in a colander and let it dry thoroughly. Onion peel and cut into rings approximately 5 mm thick. Fry the onions in a pan in olive oil, adding rosemary, 10 minutes, and then cool. In bowl, lightly beat eggs, add flour, baking powder, dried Basil, turmeric and grated cheese. Season with salt and pepper and spread onions in the batter, leaving a few rings for decoration of cake, and cauliflower. Mix gently. Form for baking lay a parchment paper greased with some butter and sprinkled on the sides with sesame seeds. Put the dough in the form, decorate with remaining onions.
