Pumpkin casserole with cheese
Very simple and delicious pumpkin pie from a minimum set of products. Special flavor it imparts a nutmeg, so even the real gourmets will be delighted.

Wash the pumpkin and slice it in small cubes with the peel on. Boil the pumpkin in salted water on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Drain pumpkin in a colander, and then mix in a bowl with cream and grated cheese, leaving a little to sprinkle casserole. Season with salt and pepper and add the nutmeg. Mix well.
In a baking dish greased with olive oil, put the cooked mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until cheese is browned. published
