How to cook beetroot salad under sauce

Ingredients:

  • lettuce




For The Sauce:

  • beets, 50-60 Gy.
  • sunflower seeds (raw), 75-100 gr.
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tomato
  • salt to taste
  • dill optional




Preparation:

1. Seeds to grind into flour.

2. In a powerful food processor or blender, chop the beets and tomatoes. Add lemon and orange juice, salt and ground seeds and whisk until smooth.

3. The resulting sauce can (optionally) add finely cut dill (or any other greens), or sprinkled on top. You can do without the dill do. It's the way you like.





4. Beet sauce to tuck in lettuce, and voilà – lunch is ready! published
