Greek tomato fritters with feta and bulgur

We offer you a very easy recipe for Greek tomato fritters with feta (Ntomatokeftedes)





 

Ingredients :

  • Sun-dried tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Tzatziki to taste
  • Greens ¼ Cup
  • Flour 1 Cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper freshly ground to taste
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Feta cheese 120 g
  • Green onions 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Paprika 1 teaspoon
  • Bulgur ¼ Cup
  • Chicken egg 2 pieces
  • Dry oregano 1 teaspoon
 

How to prepare:

1. Bulgur, boil in boiling water until tender. Drain.

2. Clean the tomatoes from the skin and seeds and finely chop. Place it into a bowl.

3. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, chopped herbs and onion, oregano, paprika, eggs and bulgur. Season with salt and pepper. Gradually enter the flour to the desired consistency of the dough so you can shape the fritters.
