  • 750 g tomatoes
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 red onion
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 600 ml vegetable broth
  • small bunch fresh Basil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:
