Open dialogue is the path to healing
Life is born and occurs in the dialogue.
In our body simultaneously there are many exchange processes between trillions of cells. They “agreed” that our body needs to live, and purposefully cooperate to preserve its integrity, optimum living and ability to adapt.
We are in constant dialogue with the nature: live, breathe, eat, drink – are a part of it and thus have a significant impact on her.
So we came into this world, took a meeting and collaboration of our parents, we are the consequence of their dialogue. On a social level we all are one organism – Mankind. In each moment we interact and exchange information with the surrounding world at different levels – from the molecular to the cosmic.
Honesty
One of the most important conservation laws and the evolution of life in dialogue is to follow up on the accuracy when transferring information. Thanks to the precise communication system of our body work smoothly and efficiently. All social processes also need to transfer information without loss of meaning to achieve a useful result.
A person's ability to maintain precise transmission of information we understand as honesty. In each conversation honesty allows you to not to deviate from the target and to communicate to others their view of reality without distortion.
The lies and manipulation in any communications lead to the deterioration of health, permanent chronic stress, neurotic States and psychosomatic diseases. The more lies in a person's life, the fewer meanings it can convey, the less meaning in his life.
Honest, sincere dialogue always gets us to the truth. We begin to live the experience of the present moment, away from thoughts about the past and illusory ideas about the future. It helps to restore a warm, trusting relationship between people agility and timely decision-making.
One of the fundamental questions – “HOW to be honest in communication?”. The key to answering this question is to restore contact with their feelings.
By nature we are given the opportunity to experience emotions, feelings. In the first place, in order that we could survive as a species in life-threatening situations. It promises certain benefits in the short term, but entails unpleasant consequences in the long term. Attempts to match the artificial way lead to chronic stress, poor health and health problems. In some sense, a person starts to live against his nature.
Practice
The path to healing life lies through the restoration of integrity in all respects. Finding contact with the senses, we can more accurately communicate what is important to us. To help in this way can the various practices, the most simple of which is to stay in peace and deep acceptance of the present moment.
