Grilled Fajita Skewers. Skewers fajita grilled
INGREDIENTS
Serves 12-14
1 to 2 onions, quartered
6 bell peppers, cut into 1.5 "squares
1 pound cube steak
1 pound cubed chicken breast
1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled with tail
3 teaspoons salt (1 teaspoon per egg)
3 teaspoons pepper (1 teaspoon to protein)
3 tablespoons garlic powder (1 tablespoon per egg)
3 tablespoons chili powder (1 tablespoon per egg)
3 teaspoons cumin (1 teaspoon per egg)
TRAINING
1. Place each meat in a gallon size plastic bag and cover with the dry ingredients. Close the pack and shaken until a uniform coating.

For Chicken: 165ºF/75ºC
For Shrimp: 145ºF/65ºC
