Yes, this is how you can call a set of rules by which a modern civilized person prepares himself to write. Modern thermally processed and canned food destroys a person, and then he expects 100 percent cancer.

Let’s think, can the body be healthy and work without failures, which constantly from day to day does not receive a fair amount of vitamins and chemical elements absolutely necessary for its normal activity? Obviously not. Constant deficiency, in addition, undermines the body, creating the ground for acute and chronic ailments, strong drinks and drug addiction.



Are there many people living in conditions of vitamin and micronutrient deficiency? Don’t think that French cuisine is so bad. It is better to think about how provided with micronutrients and vitamins those people who do not have such a wide choice of foods. What kind of health do we want to have if the population of our country produces an increasing number of refined food products containing a reduced amount of vitamins, and besides, they almost do not contain fibrous substances (undigestible polysaccharides), which were previously dismissed in science as “ballast substances”. The current textbook for medical universities recommends an adult 25 grams of dietary fiber – this daily amount is supposedly enough for health. But it is already clear to researchers that this number should be tripled. According to the Institute of Proctology of the Ministry of Health of the RSFSR, about 40 percent of the adult working-age population of the country suffer from constipation due to low fiber content in food and as a result suffer from diverticulosis, polyposis and carcinomas (cancer) of the colon, as well as hernias of the esophageal opening of the diaphragm and hemorrhoids. But that’s not all: a lack of fiber in food contributes to atherosclerosis, diabetes and gallstone disease.

Wait a few minutes at the pharmacy and listen to what is asked most often. It will be the bark of the wreck and other laxatives. The production and sale of wheat bran to the public for use as a food additive is just beginning. It is necessary to clarify the hygienic requirements for them and teach the population to consume them correctly. Nutrition science considers it important to implement the All-Union comprehensive program for vitaminization of products. Additives of artificial vitamins and semi-finished products and finished products are designed to improve the situation to some extent, and therefore, people's health. But is it wise to first give up natural food, which has all the necessary elements, and then try to correct the mistake?

Thus, the verdict of science on the modern diet of a civilized person is reduced to three points: this food lacks vitamins, mineral elements (or salts) and dietary fiber (also called fiber or cellulose). Naturists chose for themselves the simplest solution to the question: without waiting for the implementation of the recommendations of science on the vitaminization of food, returned to natural food, the basis of which is raw salads, and the question of the deficit of these three elements disappears by itself: raw plant food contains in abundance those substances that are catastrophically lacking in the food of modern civilized man.

But we eat what centuries-old traditions, agriculture and the food industry offer. Until we feel that something needs to change. Naturopaths believe that the advice presented to the public on the part of nutrition in the press on the radio is aimed only at the sale of goods. “This injurious propaganda forces the people to go blind as before and prepare food to satisfy their tastes. Therefore, we consider these advice given to the people to be actually criminal, says the American naturopath G. Shelton in his book Orthotrophy.
