Lentil Salad with raspberry sauce



Recipe:
Avocado - 40g
Green apples - 40g
Cucumber - 30g
Lentil sprouts - 50g (orange / green)
Bulgarian pepper - 30g
Mayonnaise from cashew - 50g
Green onions - 10g
Mint - 10g
Dill - 5g
Parsley - 5g
Salt Kala Namak (Himalayan) - 1g
P.b.m. - 0.5g

Preparation: refined avocado, apple, cucumber and peppers cut into cubes 5h5mm, germ add lentils, chopped fresh herbs, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper. All mix thoroughly and put it through the iron mold.

Decor:
Mix lettuce - 10g
Alfalfa sprouts - 2g
Raspberry sauce - 10g
Black sesame - 1d
