Asparagus Salad with cherry and pea sauce



Recipe:
Mix lettuce - 50g
Asparagus green - 30g
Cherry tomatoes - 40g
Honey-mustard dressing - 20g
Peas b.d.s.m - 50g
Olive oil - 10g
Garlic (or asafoetida) - 3g
Drinking water - 40g
Sea salt - 2g
P.ch.m - 0.5g
Black sesame - 1g
Green onions (or chives) - 2d

Preparation:
Peas Beat in a blender with oil, garlic, water, salt and pepper. Put it on a plate and spread. Lettuce pick pieces, clean the asparagus and cut into thin slices, season with the sauce, stir and put on mashed potatoes. Tomatoes cut by a quarter and add to salad. Decorate with sesame seeds and green onions.

For the sauce:
Honey - 20g (or agave syrup)
Lemon juice - 10g
Olive oil - 40g
Mustard w / h - 5g
Sea salt - 1g
P.b.m. - 0.5g

Mustard soaked in water for a day, washed and dried. In a bowl pour the honey, add the lemon juice, oil, mustard, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly whisk.
