Syroedny soup greens



It turns 1 liter - is sufficient for 10 people as a snack or for 4 hungry for lunch. Of course, as a green smoothie is also great, but the best duo in the dish with bread sticks grissini-barbecue.

Soup:
1.5 medium avocado
2 stalk celery, finely chopped
1 large bunch of coriander chopped coarsely
1 small bunch of chopped mint
1.5 cups coconut milk (can substitute peanut)
1 cup cold water
1 small pinch of Himalayan salt
A little freshly ground black pepper
A bit of fresh garden cress for decoration and flavor

All mixed in a blender. You can cool off.

Grissini barbecue (croutons):
(16 pieces)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup light linen
barbecue sauce (recipe below)
2 black sesame seeds stol.lozhka

Sunflower seeds and flax soak overnight in water in different containers. For flax will need 2 cups of water to seeds - most importantly, the water should close them. Rinse in a colander or sieve. Blend in a food processor. Add the weight Barbecue Sauce (recipe below) and again mix until a uniform dough.

Barbecue Sauce
(Be restrained with spices according to your taste)
3 small cloves garlic
0.5 teaspoons paprika
0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 pinch of chilli
1 teaspoon cumin (jeera)
1 teaspoon thyme Dried
2 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 teaspoon dried oregano
1.5 tsp salt small
Squeeze the garlic through a press, mix with all the spices and add the "dough" from flax seeds.
