Syroedchesky pate with paprika and Almonds



This pate to me and wants to be called "Orange", because of his handsome (orange) color.


Ingredients:

almonds, 200 g
red bell pepper, 2 pcs
tomato, 2 pieces
juice of 1/2 lemon
garlic to taste (2-3 cloves)
or Himalayan sea salt, to taste (0.5 - 1 tsp)

Preparation:

Almonds soaked in water for 8 hours, or overnight.

All the ingredients are crushed in a food processor (for example, here in this or any other) until smooth. If there is a food processor, I think you can skip through the meat grinder.

Lemon juice and salt is added, focusing on their taste preferences.

Perhaps this recipe for an amateur, but I (and my husband) loved it.
