When my husband and I just started to raw foodists, nobody believed that we can hold out for a long time on this diet. Nevertheless, a year has passed.

Ingredients:

almonds, 100 gr.
walnuts, 100 g.
4 large carrots (350-400 gr.)
1 bell pepper
garlic, 2-3 cloves
Himalayan sea salt, or to taste (0.5 - 1 tsp)

Preparation:

Almonds soaked in water overnight (10-12 hours). For a more delicate taste can be cleaned from the skin / peel.

Carrot, paprika, garlic, salt and crushed nuts in a food processor (for example, here in this or any other) until homogeneous.
