Very tasty and healthy salad of cucumbers and radishes



Very tasty and hearty salad. And a very good mix of products.

Ingredients:

cucumbers
radishes
dill
For the sauce:

almonds, soaked in water (8-12 h.), 100 g
water, 100 - 150 ml
. lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
garlic, 1 clove
salt to taste
0.5 tsp liquid honey

Cucumbers and radishes cut into slices, or as you like. Add finely chopped dill. Dill does not regret, add more (porridge butter will not spoil).

Now prepare the sauce.
Almond put in a blender, add water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and honey, and beat until smooth.

The resulting sauce pour cucumbers and radishes, and stir. Salad is ready!
